I know my job as one of the team's leaders. One of my jobs is to reach out into the world and bring in talented and highly skilled people to join the team and provide the necessary ingredients. These people are available. Many of them are presently unemployed or underemployed.

For someone doing something that people commonly do successfully, such a following a recipe to back a cake or following blueprints to build a house, the answer is easily "yes." For someone doing something much grander where there are a number of significant unknowns, with rare exception, the answer depends upon whether or not the person has the seven essential ingredients listed above.
