Regarding those who presently control the global context
(i.e. humanity's social structure)
there are two possibilities:
*   They are either unconscious, mind-controlled slaves
     who have absolutely no
     idea what they are actually doing.
or
*   They are mostly sleep-walking fools
     who are still ignorant
     regarding the rules of reality.

We say that because
they are still trying to fix the problems by
focusing their attention on the problems
and by fighting the problems.

The Universal Law of Attraction tells us
To Focus on what is wrong
is exactly THE WRONG THING TO DO.
It does not work..
It simply empowers what is wrong.
It brings more of what's wrong.
It brings more to fight about.

We know that because
The Universal Law of Thought also tells us so.
To focus on something (anything) is to feed it
your life-force energy and make it stronger.
and to attract more of what you are fighting and focusing on.

Some people go even further in the wrong direction
by fighting    (i.e. creating a war with)
what makes them feel really, really bad..

Those presently in control of
our Earthly social structures   ( 2020)
are still completely ignoring the power of We-The-People.
They are foolish enough to actually believe
that when
the wars for who will control We-The-People
are over,
one of the groups of fighting fools
will remain in control of We-The-People.

They fail to see themselves and all humans as God-Beings.
For thousands, perhaps millions of years
of fighting and failing has not registered.
The fail to ask, there must be another way, a successful way.

They also still believe that more advanced technology
and better ways to wage wars
are going to solve the Cabal-created problems.
